Associate Director - Brand Strategy and ServicingThe Brand Strategist contributes to the strategic planning partnership between internal client service and assigned clients.We are looking for developing strategic direction for our clients based on insights, creativity and brand. This role is for you if you have a passion for ideas and uncovering consumer insights that lead to bigger, better, and bolder ideas. You’ll work on creative campaigns, provide strategic guidance to clients, and push for brand strategies that really work.The RoleTranslate briefs into inspiring strategy that kick off and guide relevant marketing program initiatives Create brand ideologies that stem from in-depth research of a product its perceived consumers and the completion along with the ecosystem the product would delve inPresent strategies around insight gleaned from in-depth understanding of the brand, consumers’ feelings, attitudes and behaviours, and cultural trends that are done via innovative research, tracking and listening methodologies while assessing situations, identifying opportunitiesCreate awareness, understanding and demand for strategy/account planning’s contribution by teaching, explaining and more importantly demonstrating its role, value and impactPossess a passion and encyclopaedic knowledge of online advertising and digital campaigns -- and can effectively find, share, and articulate case studies, explaining how and why things worked or did not workWrite messaging decks and narrative frameworks and develop audience-specific messagingA true collaborator, able to work across, creative, account and client constituents and run idea-igniting workshops, brainstorms and briefing sessionsDay-to-day, will act as a strategist on client accounts in various stages of development, ensuring we create work that resonates with our clients’ customers.
