We work on international projects delivering accurate, coordinated BIM models aligned with global standards.Role DescriptionDIRA Infratech Pvt. Ltd. is expanding and looking for a skilled BIM Modeler who can independently handle Scan to BIM projects as well as architectural modeling from PDF and CAD drawings.We are looking for a practical, detail-oriented person who can work on both as-built and design-stage projects.Eligibility CriteriaEducational Qualification - B.E/B.Tech in Civil engineering or B.ArchExperience – 6 Months to 2 years of Experience in BIM Projects.Proficient in Revit, Navisworks and RecapExperience in Scan to BIM workflowRole OverviewThe candidate will be responsible for:Developing accurate BIM models from Point Cloud (.RCP / .RCS)Creating architectural models from PDF drawings and AutoCAD filesPreparing complete Architectural Construction Drawings from RevitSheet setup, annotations, detailing, and schedulesMaintaining model accuracy and project standardsWork on LOD 200 to 500 projectsEnsure timely delivery with high accuracyCoordinating with internal QA and BIM teamsApplicationIf you are passionate about BIM Modelling and want to join a dynamic team of the industry, we encourage you to apply.Please submit your resume /"/" with the subject line /"BIM Modeler/".
