The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment for retail & corporate roles and lead the performance evaluation process to ensure our teams perform at their peak.Job Title: Manager - Talent AcquisitionLocation: Andheri, MumbaiDepartment: SalesReports To: Sales HeadCTC - Upto 6 LPARecruitment & Talent AcquisitionLead end-to-end recruitment for frontline retail roles (Sales Associates, Cashiers, Store Executives, etc.).Plan and execute bulk hiring drives for new store openings and expansion.Design region-wise hiring strategies based on manpower planning and attrition trends.Ensure timely closure of positions within defined TAT.Build partnerships with colleges, vocational institutes, and skill development centers.Conduct campus drives, job fairs, walk-in interviews, and open hiring campaigns.Develop structured assessment methods for entry-level selection.Performance Evaluation & ManagementDesign, implement, and manage the company’s Performance Management System (PMS).Coordinate quarterly/annual performance review cycles across retail and corporate teams.Train managers on effective performance evaluation techniques.Track performance ratings, identify high performers, and create development plans.Work with leadership to address underperformance through coaching or corrective action plans.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.2-3 years of HR experience in Retail.Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment and performance evaluation systems.Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
