Headquartered in Germany, the consultancy operates internationally and counts around 4,800 MHP employees.Responsibilities:Ø Design and implement end-to-end solutions across Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Power Platform) Ø Develop custom solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), client-side scripting (React, TypeScript), and modern web technologies Ø Configure and manage Microsoft 365 services, including security, compliance, and governance policies Ø Architect scalable and secure collaboration platforms leveragingSharePoint Online and Teams Ø Integrate Microsoft 365 with external systems using APIs, Graph API, and Azure services Ø Provide consulting and advisory services for adoption, migration, and optimization of M365 solutions Required Skills:Ø SharePoint Online: Site design, content management, and automation Ø SharePoint Framework (SPFx): Development of web parts and custom solutionsØ Microsoft Teams: App development, integration, and governance Ø Exchange Online: Configuration, mail flow, and compliance management Ø Integrate Microsoft 365 with external systems using Graph API, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and event-driven webhooks.Ø PowerShell, PnP, CLI, CI/CD pipelines: Automation and scripting for M365Ø Azure Services: Logic Apps, Functions, and identity management Ø Security & Compliance: DLP, Conditional Access, and governance policies Ø Modern Web Development: JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML/CSS Ø Solution Architecture: Designing scalable and secure enterprise solutions Preferred Skills:Ø Strong communication and consulting skills Ø Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) Ø Analytical and problem-solving mindset Ø Documentation and knowledge-sharing practices Ø Ability to lead workshops and training sessions Ø Familiarity with hybrid environments and migration strategies Certifications:Ø MS-700: Managing Microsoft Teams Ø MS-203: Microsoft 365 Messaging Ø MS-600: Building Applications and Solutions with Microsoft 365 Core Services Ø MS-900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals Ø SC-300: Identity and Access Administrator Ø PL-400 / PL-600: Power Platform Developer / Solution Architect (optional)
