Client Ownership & Relationship ManagementOwn day-to-day relationships with assigned AlfaKinetic clients (Global CI, Strategy, Marketing, BD teams)Act as the single point of contact for platform usage, insights, requests, and escalationsBuild long-term trusted-advisor relationships with client stakeholders2. Competitive Intelligence Delivery & Insight ManagementUnderstand each client’s therapy area, competitive landscape, and strategic prioritiesEnsure timely delivery of CI outputs including:Competitor monitoring & alertsPipeline and trial intelligenceConference and KOL trackingAI-generated CI reports (PPT/PDF)Proactively surface “so-what” insights, not just data3. Platform Adoption & Value RealizationDrive strong adoption of AlfaKinetic across client teamsConduct onboarding, training sessions, and periodic value reviewsTranslate client feedback into clear improvement ideas for product teams4.
