Key responsibilities include developing, implementing, and communicating HR policies, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting various HR functions like recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. Qualifications Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations to handle day-to-day responsibilities effectivelyStrong skills in Employee Relations and HR Policies to foster a positive workplace environment and ensure procedural complianceIn-depth understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and ability to implement best practicesExcellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work collaboratively and maintain a high level of professionalismBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferredExperience in the education sector is an advantage
