Position : IT Security TesterExp: 3 years – 6yrsLoc : Hyderabad , (No Relocation)Notice : Immediate JoinerInterview : Second round of Interview Face to FaceThe Team Lead will manage end-to-end delivery of penetration testing and offensive securityengagements across networks, applications, cloud, and APIs. Collaborate with stakeholders to assess risk,drive remediation, and enhance security posture. Mentor team members, ensure quality governance, andcontribute to tooling and process innovation.Mandatory Skill Sets/Expertise• 3-6 years of penetration testing experience, preferably in highly regulated industries and forglobal clients• Proficiency with scripting and programming languages• Advanced problem-solving skills• OSCP certification preferred but, GPEN, GWAPT, GXPN, CREST, CESG and similar certifications is aplus• Experience with Cobalt Strike a plus• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Ability to lead multiple projects and multiple tester• Commitment to quality and on-schedule delivery; and a proven ability to establish and meetmilestones and deadlines• Customer-focused mentality to understand and appropriately respond to customers' businessneedsStrong experience into : OWSAPVAPT (Vulnerability & Penetration )Mobile APP SecuritySAST , DAST ,SCADevSecopsWeb Application & Penetration TestingNetwork SecurityInfrastructure Security
