Compliance, reporting & partner ecosystem: own compliance coverage, regulatory reporting, entity compliance, and partner experiences for accountants and brokers. (accountants and brokers, verification providers). This is a leadership role where you will define the strategy and execution plan to make global hiring fast, configurable, compliant, and reliable at scale — without heavy operational lift. The systems you build will determine how companies hire across borders for the next decade. What You'll DoOwn the vision and execution for Rippling’s global hiring and onboarding platform across all marketsLead a team of senior Product Leads across multiple pods (Hiring core, Country-specific primitives, Onboarding, Partner experiences and Compliance)Drive measurable improvements in:Time to hire and onboardLaunch velocity for new payroll/EOR marketsFlow efficiency and configurabilityAbstract country-level complexity into scalable, reusable primitives (compensation structures, work patterns, contracts, policies)Build opinionated, configurable workflows that reduce reliance on ops and supportStrengthen reliability and performance across hiring and onboarding surfacesPartner closely with Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Payroll Ops, and GTM to align the expansion strategy with product architectureBalance expansion into new geographies with depth and quality in core marketsServe as a senior product leader, raising the bar on execution, clarity, and judgment across the orgQualifications12+ years of Product Management experienceProven experience leading managers and senior IC PMs across multiple teamsExperience owning complex, multi-surface platforms with regulatory or country-specific complexityStrong systems thinker — you see abstractions and primitives, not just featuresTrack record of shipping both 0-to-1 launches and scaled products used by large customer basesComfortable operating at multiple altitudes: strategy, architecture, UX details, and execution rigourStrong cross-functional leadership across engineering, compliance, operations, and GTMHigh ownership mindset — you are accountable for outcomes, not outputExceptional written and verbal communication, and comfortable working in a highly cross-functional roleExperience in HR, payroll, EOR, compliance, and/or fintech industry is a strong plusStrong alignment with our leadership principles: in particular, Go and See, and Are Right, a Lot.
