About the Role We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer (SDE II) with strong React Native experience to help us build and scale high-quality mobile and web applications. Please contact #7976457434 or #What You’ll Do Mobile & Frontend Development Design, build, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native for iOS and Android. Develop responsive, high-performance web applications using React.js with TypeScript. Build reusable components and shared libraries across web and mobile platforms. Ensure excellent user experience, accessibility, and performance across devices. Backend Development Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Ruby on Rails and/or Java (Spring, J2EE, Hibernate). Build scalable, secure, and high-performance RESTful APIs and microservices. Work with relational and/or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra). Optimize APIs, database queries, and overall system performance. Ownership & Collaboration Own features end-to-end—from requirement understanding and design to deployment and production support. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders. Participate actively in code reviews, design discussions, and architectural decisions. Debug and resolve production issues across mobile, web, and backend systems.Contribute to improving engineering processes, code quality, and system reliability. Must-Have Skills 3–6 years of experience as a Full Stack or Mobile-heavy Engineer (SDE II level). Strong hands-on experience with React Native in production environments. Experience with React.js and TypeScript for web development. Solid backend development experience with Ruby on Rails and/or Java-based frameworks. Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and system design fundamentals. Experience working with at least one SQL or NoSQL database. Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset. SDE II Expectations Comfortable working in lean teams with minimal hand-holding. Ability to independently own mobile features or services. Experience handling production issues, performance tuning, and scaling. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally. Startup mindset: bias for action, fast execution, and continuous learning. Nice to Have Experience with native mobile integrations (Android/iOS modules, SDKs, push notifications). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile and backend deployments. Exposure to GraphQL, Kafka, or RabbitMQ. Experience with monitoring, logging, and crash-reporting tools.
