Unicommerce is seeking a Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant to join our go-to-market team as a strategic and technical partner to Sales, Product, and Engineering.In this role, you will act as a product champion and trusted advisor, helping enterprise and mid-market brands, marketplaces, and logistics partners understand how Unicommerce’s platform enables scalable, reliable, and efficient e-commerce operations across Order Management, Warehouse Management, Inventory, Logistics, and Integrations.You will play a critical role in shaping deals, influencing solution design, and ensuring customers clearly und understand the business value Unicommerce delivers in complex, real-world commerce environments.RESPONSIBILITIES: Pre-Sales & SolutioningPartner closely with Sales to support the full deal lifecycle, from discovery to deal closureDeliver high-impact, customized product demonstrations aligned to customer workflows and business objectivesTranslate complex OMS/WMS capabilities into clear, outcome-driven business narrativesLead solution discussions covering architecture, integrations, scalability, performance, and securityEngage confidently with C-suite and senior stakeholders at enterprise brandsTechnical & Functional ConsultingDeeply understand customer e-commerce ecosystems, operational workflows, and pain pointsIdentify high-impact use cases where Unicommerce can drive scale, efficiency, and cost optimizationDesign and execute proofs-of-concept (POCs) for strategic and complex opportunitiesCapture functional, technical, and integration requirements to enable smooth onboarding and deploymentCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Product, Engineering, Implementation, and Customer Success teamsSupport seamless handover from pre-sales to post-sales teamsProvide structured market and customer feedback to influence the product roadmapContinuously improve demo assets, solution narratives, and presales processes Qualifications:What You’ll Do Day-to-DayDeliver live demos and solution presentations to Enterprise brands and Executive stakeholdersRun workshops and deep-dive sessions for complex customer requirementsDesign solution architectures involving ERPs, marketplaces, logistics providers, and storefrontsRespond to technical queries during sales cycles and RFP/RFI discussionsBuild strong internal alignment to ensure deal success and long-term customer satisfactionMust-Have Qualifications3+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, or Technology ConsultingStrong experience working with B2B SaaS or enterprise technology platformsProven experience delivering client-facing demos and solution presentationsPrior experience engaging with C-suite and senior leadership stakeholders of enterprise brandsHands-on experience with RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, including solutioning and documentationStrong understanding of enterprise solution architectures, integrations, and system workflowsHigh ownership mindset, with the ability to drive outcomes end-to-endProven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Engineering, Implementation) using a structured, solution-first approachExcellent communication, articulation, and stakeholder management skills.Good to HaveExperience with OMS, WMS, ERP, e-commerce, supply chain, or logistics platformsExposure to large enterprise deal solutioning and multi-stakeholder environments
