JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Instructional Design Manager leads and mentors a team of instructional designers while driving the strategic vision for innovative, high-quality eLearning solutions across the organization.This role requires a blend of strong leadership capabilities and hands-on instructional design expertise to oversee end-to-end learning projects from concept through delivery. The manager conducts comprehensive learning needs analyses, translates business objectives into measurable learning outcomes, and establishes instructional design standards and quality assurance frameworks that ensure pedagogical excellence and accessibility compliance. As a strategic partner to senior leadership and stakeholders, the manager oversees multiple concurrent projects, facilitates design reviews, and provides expert guidance on complex instructional challenges.
