We are looking for a highly impact-driven Senior Business Analyst to lead data-driven decision-making across key business functions. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on expertise in SQL, Tableau, and Python, deep business understanding, and prior experience in quick commerce or e-commerce environments. This role involves high ownership, strategic thinking, and close collaboration with senior stakeholders.Key Responsibilities• Own analytics for critical business/product domains end-to-end• Design, write, and optimize complex SQL queries on large-scale datasets• Build executive-level dashboards and data narratives using Tableau• Leverage Python for advanced analysis, automation, and modeling• Define KPIs, success metrics, and performance tracking frameworks• Partner with Product, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance teams to drive strategic initiatives• Conduct deep-dive analyses (cohort, funnel, retention, unit economics, supply chain metrics)• Translate ambiguous business problems into structured, data-backed recommendations• Mentor junior analysts and raise overall analytics quality across the teamRequired Skills• Advanced proficiency in SQL (complex joins, window functions, optimization)• Strong hands-on experience with Tableau (executive dashboards, storytelling)• Strong working knowledge of Python for data analysis (Pandas, NumPy, visualization)• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
