This role focuses on driving the reliability and efficiency of IT operations by leading the integration and optimization of tools that enhance infrastructure performance. Reporting to the Operations & Performance Director, the lead will manage the Tools & Automation Engineer, set strategic direction for tooling initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that support the organization's strategic goals.
