Role OverviewWe are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer + Video Editor to develop compelling visual content across digital and print platforms. The role involves conceptualizing, designing, and editing high-quality graphics and videos that align with the Client’s communication objectives and maintain a consistent visual identity.Key Responsibilities1. Graphic DesignIllustrate concepts by designing rough layouts of art and copy, including arrangement, size, typography, and overall aesthetic presentation.Obtain approval of concepts by submitting rough layouts and incorporating feedback.Prepare final artwork and layouts using appropriate design tools and software.Operate typesetting, printing, and similar equipment, and coordinate with vendors for production when required.Ensure consistency in branding and visual identity across all platforms for the Client.2. Video Editing & ProductionEdit and produce high-quality videos for promotional, informational, and digital media purposes.Work on motion graphics, transitions, sound editing, and overall video enhancement.Ensure all video content aligns with the Client’s messaging and brand guidelines.3. Collaboration & CoordinationWork closely with the content writer to ensure visual elements effectively complement messaging.Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver creative outputs within deadlines.Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.4. Professional DevelopmentMaintain up-to-date technical knowledge by attending design workshops, reviewing professional publications, and participating in relevant professional communities.Eligibility CriteriaEducational QualificationAny Graduate.Graduate in Multimedia / Animation / Web Designing preferred.OR Graduate with Diploma in Multimedia / Animation / Web Designing preferred.ExperienceMinimum 03 years of total experience.At least 02 years of hands-on experience working with graphic design and video editing tools such as CorelDRAW, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar software.Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong creative visualization and conceptual thinking skills.Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software.Good understanding of typography, layout principles, and branding.Attention to detail and strong aesthetic sense.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Note: This is a 12 month contractual role, extendable based on performance and client requirements and will be based in the client office.
