Job Description – SAP FI/CO Analyst (Pune)Position SummaryWe are looking for an experienced SAP FI/CO Analyst to support and optimize financial processes using SAP ECC 6.0 / S/4HANA. Based in Pune, this role will be responsible for solution design, configuration, testing, and continuous improvement across SAP finance functionalities.The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in SAP FI/CO, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to partner closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable financial system solutions.Key responsibilities of this role include:• Configure and support SAP FI modules in ECC 6.0 / S/4HANA, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Banking/Cash Management.• Support selected CO components such as Cost Center Accounting and Profit Center Accounting• Translate business requirements into effective system enhancements and create detailed functional specifications• Perform configuration, testing, documentation, and deployment of solutions• Troubleshoot FI/CO issues, perform functional debugging, and coordinate with ABAP developers for technical fixes• Provide end-user training and support to improve adoption and system utilization• Collaborate with global business teams to manage expectations, resolve escalations, and ensure proper integration• Drive continuous process improvement and support financial transformation initiatives• Ensure seamless integration of FI/CO with MM, SD, PM, PP, and other modulesReports To: This position will report to the SAP FI/CO ManagerRequired skills and qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field5–8 years of hands-on experience in SAP FI/CO (ECC 6.0 / S/4HANA)Strong functional expertise in SAP FI (ECC 6.0 / S/4HANA) with working knowledge of CO processesAt least one full lifecycle implementationSolid understanding of integration points between FI/CO and MM, SD, PM, PPAbility to create comprehensive functional specifications and collaborate effectively with development teamsExperience with financial process improvements and scalable solution designDetail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple prioritiesExcellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional and onshore teamsPreferred Qualifications:Hands-on experience or exposure to S/4HANA Finance (Preferred).Knowledge of Universal Journal, New Asset Accounting, and Fiori applications is advantageous
