With a commitment to long-term success, they empower clients and society to move confidently into the digital future.Role: Okta Implementation & Administration:Experience: 6 + YearsWork Location: Pan IndiaPosition : ContractClient : CapgeminiPayroll on : People Prime World WideNotice : 0 to 15 daysJOB DESCRIPTION :OKTA• Okta Implementation & Administration:• Design, deploy, and manage Okta solutions to meet the organization’s identity and access management needs.• Configure and manage Okta tenants, applications, and security policies.• Ensure seamless integration of Okta with on-premises and cloud-based applications.• API Management:• Develop, implement, and maintain Okta API integrations to support automation and self-service capabilities.• Work with development teams to integrate Okta APIs into custom applications and workflows.• Troubleshoot and resolve API-related issues, ensuring high availability and performance.• Identity Governance:• Implement and manage identity governance policies and processes, including access certifications, role-based access control (RBAC), and segregation of duties (SoD).• Collaborate with the security team to ensure compliance with identity governance regulations and standards.• Conduct regular audits of identity and access management processes and provide recommendations for improvements.• Security & Compliance:• Ensure Okta configurations align with the organization’s security and compliance requirements.• Monitor and respond to security incidents related to identity and access management.• Keep up to date with the latest security threats and Okta’s capabilities to mitigate them.• Collaboration & Support:• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and development, to ensure cohesive identity and access management practices.• Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams regarding Okta configurations, APIs, and identity governance practices.• Create and maintain documentation related to Okta configurations, API integrations, and identity governance processes.PYTHON• Design, develop, test, and maintain Python applications and services• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend components• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code• Debug, optimize, and improve application performance• Collaborate with cross functional teams including DevOps, QA, and product teams• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards• Support production issues and provide timely resolutions• Work independently on assigned modules and deliver on committed timelines
