Job Title: Manager - QA/QCCompany: KusumgarLocation: Karanj Experience: 8–10 Years Detailed Role OverviewAs the QA/QC Manager, you will be the primary lead for Quality Management Systems (QMS) implementation and auditing. This is a newly created permanent position reporting directly to the Department Head, Mr. Rajat Srivastava. You will be expected to balance high-level strategy (Audit Planning and MR responsibilities) with hands-on shop floor quality control.+1Technical Responsibilities & KPI FocusProduction Quality: Oversee machine operations to ensure a 1:1 ratio of planned vs. achieved production targets.Wastage Control: Maintain a strict standard of below 2% rejection and below 2% rework ratio.Process Engineering: Lead the implementation of CAPA, 8D, FMEA, and SPC protocols.Audit & Compliance: Act as the Management Representative (MR) for all audit planning, documentation, and ISO requirements.Inventory Quality: Ensure zero production stoppage by validating that the right quantity and quality of raw materials are issued by the store.Traceability: Execute full material identification and traceability protocols while verifying against counterfeit parts.Technical Skills & QualificationsEducation: B.Tech in Textile Technology (or equivalent) is mandatory.Industry Expertise: Specialist background in the Garment Industry.Tool Proficiency: Expert knowledge of calibrated instruments, MS Office, and statistical analytical tools.Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of Organization Context and ISO Requirements.Operational LeadershipManage and mentor a dedicated team of quality checkers.Responsible for training, competency mapping, and continuous improvement initiatives.Coordinate with IPQC and maintenance teams to ensure immediate resolution of quality errors or machine breakdowns.
