About the Role:The Media Activation team is responsible for end-to-end execution, monitoring, and optimization of digital campaigns across Direct Buys, Programmatic platforms, and Paid Social channels.The role requires strong execution discipline, platform expertise, coordination skills, and performance accountability depending on the level of experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (COMMON ACROSS LEVELS)Set up and execute digital media campaigns across Direct, Programmatic, and Social platformsEnsure accurate trafficking, tagging, and campaign deploymentMonitor delivery, pacing, and performance metricsOptimize campaigns based on KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, CPM, ROAS, etc.)Coordinate with publishers, tech platforms, and internal teamsTroubleshoot delivery or tracking issuesMaintain trackers for budget utilization and reportingPrepare campaign performance reports with insightsEnsure billing reconciliation and documentation accuracy0–2 Years (Executive)What We Expect:Basic understanding of digital media ecosystemAbility to execute campaigns under supervisionStrong attention to detailComfortable with Excel and reportingKey Focus:Campaign setup and traffickingDaily monitoring and reportingPublisher/platform coordination support2–4 Years (Senior Executive / AM)What We Expect:Independent campaign executionHands-on expertise on at least one activation channel (Direct / Programmatic / Social)Basic optimization capabilityUnderstanding of performance metricsKey Focus:Managing campaign lifecycle end-to-endBudget pacing and delivery managementOptimizing campaigns to improve performanceClient reporting support 4–6 Years (Manager)What We Expect:Strong platform expertise across one or more activation channelsStrategic thinking along with execution capabilityAbility to manage client conversationsTeam mentoring experienceKey Focus:Owning campaign performance and deliveryStrategic optimization and scalingLeading junior team membersManaging client expectations and reporting
