Job Title

We are looking for a hands-on, customer-facing Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engineer/Architect with deep expertise in SSJS, tracking & logging frameworks, subscriber management, and reporting. The role will support enterprise-level marketing operations, collaborate with project teams, guide best practices, conduct peer reviews, and lead a structured governance process for all Marketing Cloud Journeys before they go live.Key Responsibilities:Data Tracking, Logging & Reporting:Design and maintain scalable solutions to capture and report 3 to 4+ years of engagement history (Email/SMS/Napp messaging, mobile push, opt-ins/opt-outs, sends).Build SSJS-based logging, auditing, monitoring, and archiving frameworks.Develop SQL-driven reports, dashboards, and analytics using Marketing Cloud Intelligence.Subscriber & Data Management:Manage Subscriber/Contact data models, including consent and preference tracking.Define and implement archival and retention strategies.Set up proactive monitoring for automations, send processes, and data pipelines.Governance, Reviews & Collaboration:Conduct peer reviews for Marketing Cloud developers and provide expert recommendations.Drive a structured Journey review and release governance process (validation QA approvals go-live).Ensure scalable, enterprise-ready solutions across business units.Required Skills:10 to 15 years of overall work ExperienceSalesforce Marketing Cloud: Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Contact Builder, Data ViewsServer-Side JavaScript (SSJS)Advanced SQL and API integrationsReporting and dashboard creationExperience building logging and audit frameworksCertifications & Profile RequirementsMinimum 2 Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications requiredMust provide Trailhead profile URL with relevant badges and certificationsCertifications in Marketing Cloud Intelligence or Data Cloud are an advantagePreferred QualificationsExperience in enterprise, multi business unit Marketing Cloud setupsWorking knowledge of Marketing Cloud IntelligenceExperience integrating with external data warehousesLocations: Hyderabad / ChennaiWork Mode: Hybrid
