We focus on delivering memorable, high-quality vacation experiences through thoughtful hospitality and exceptional guest service.Title: Guest Service Representative (Full Time)Location: Bangalore, IndiaExperience: 1+ year experience in the hospitality industry, candidates with a psychology background are welcome to apply!Work HoursIn-office: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PMPost-office availability: On-call support between 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM (approximately 1 hour, depending on guest needs)Role OverviewThe Guest Service Representative plays a critical role as the first point of contact for our guests. This role is responsible for building strong, long-lasting relationships with guests by providing timely, empathetic, and effective support across multiple communication channels.
