Graphic Designer – Social Media, Brand & UI/UXRole Overview :We’re looking for a strong visual storyteller who lives and breathes social media design — but also understands digital product experiences. This role primarily focuses on high-impact social media and brand content while also contributing to UI/UX design for web and digital platforms.You will own the corporate visual identity across marketing touchpoints and collaborate on product interfaces to ensure brand consistency across digital experiences. Motion graphics and basic video editing are essential to elevate content for digital platforms.Key Responsibilities :1. Social Media & Content Design (Primary)Design high-quality social media creatives for:Events & announcementsBusiness deal disclosures & milestonesNew hires & onboardingsBrand campaigns and thought leadership postsCreate platform-optimized designs for LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, and other business-focused channelsTranslate complex business information into clear, engaging visual narrativesDesign visually compelling carousels, infographics, and branded content formats2. Brand & Corporate DesignMaintain and evolve the corporate design identity across all marketing assetsDesign professional slide decks and presentations for leadership, sales, and investor communicationEnsure consistency in typography, colour systems, layout grids, and brand tone across all outputsCreate and maintain brand guidelines and reusable design templates3. UI/UX & Digital Experience (New Addition)Design intuitive and visually engaging web and landing page interfacesCreate wireframes, mock-ups, and high-fidelity UI designs for websites and marketing funnelsCollaborate with product and development teams to enhance usability and visual consistencyContribute to design systems (components, styles, tokens) for digital platformsEnsure brand alignment across web, product interfaces, and digital experiencesConduct basic UX research (competitive analysis, heuristic evaluations, user feedback synthesis)Improve conversion-focused design elements (CTAs, forms, navigation flows)4. Motion Graphics & VideoCreate short motion graphics, animations, and reels for social media and campaignsPerform basic video editing (cuts, transitions, text overlays, branding)Collaborate on storyboards and concepts for video-led contentAnimate UI mock-ups or product walkthrough videos for marketing use5. Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with marketing, leadership, product, and business teams to understand content and product needsConvert briefs into visually compelling outputs with minimal iterationsBalance creative storytelling with usability and performance objectivesRequired Skills & Experience4–6 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or Visual/UI DesignerExperience working in B2B, SaaS, start-up, or corporate environmentsStrong expertise in social media content designSolid understanding of UI/UX principles and digital product designExcellent command over visual design fundamentals (layout, typography, colour, composition)Hands-on experience with:Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)Motion graphics tools and basic video editing softwareFigma (or similar UI design tools)Designing responsive web layoutsAbility to design both creative marketing assets and structured product interfacesGood to HaveExperience contributing to design systemsUnderstanding of UX metrics and conversion optimizationFamiliarity with prototyping toolsExperience collaborating with developersExposure to SaaS dashboards or enterprise product designWhat We’re Looking ForA designer who understands business storytelling through designSomeone who can move fast, think visually, and still stay on-brandStrong attention to detail with a high bar for design qualityComfortable owning visual output end-to-endAble to switch between marketing creativity and product usability thinkingBonus PointsA strong portfolio showcasing social media posts, UI designs, motion graphics, and brand workAbility to adapt design styles based on audience and platformExperience in both marketing design and product design environments
