Job descriptionThe Manager Product Management will lead a portfolio of US Healthcare RCM modules and manage a team of Product Managers and Product Owners. This role is accountable for product strategy execution, automation maturity, compliance alignment, and measurable revenue impact across enterprise healthcare client.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn product strategy for assigned RCM modules (Claims, AR, Denials, Eligibility, Patient Billing, etc.)Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers and Product OwnersDrive measurable improvement in KPIs such as Clean Claim Rate, AR Days, Denial Rate, Net Revenue YieldTranslate CMS and payer policy changes into product roadmap updatesLead AI-driven automation initiatives across RCM workflowsConduct portfolio prioritization based on revenue impact and client valueSupport enterprise client engagements and RFP solutioningAlign product roadmap with US regulatory and compliance standardsExperience & Qualifications8+ years total experience5+ years US Healthcare RCM domain experience (mandatory)3+ years leading product teamsExperience building or scaling enterprise healthcare SaaS productsStrong understanding of product discovery, roadmap planning, and ROI modelingEngineering degree required; MBA preferredMandatory Domain ExpertiseEnd-to-End US RCM lifecycle knowledgeHIPAA compliance familiarityCMS reimbursement rules understandingICD-10, CPT, HCPCS knowledgePayer contract modeling understanding
