Role OverviewThe AIF Compliance Officer will be responsible for overseeing regulatory compliance for all AIF schemes managed/advised by SKI Capital, ensuring adherence to SEBI regulations, trustee requirements, reporting obligations and internal governance standards.This role will work closely with the Investment Team, Trustees, Custodians, Legal Advisors and SEBI.Key ResponsibilitiesRegulatory ComplianceEnsure compliance with SEBI (Alternative Investment Funds) Regulations, 2012Monitor adherence to investment conditions, concentration norms and leverage limitsOversee filing of quarterly/annual reports on SEBI Intermediary PortalManage regulatory filings including:PPM updatesScheme filingsMaterial change intimationsPerformance reportingTrustee & Governance CoordinationCoordinate with Trustees for compliance certificates and reportingFacilitate Trustee meetings and ensure documentation of minutesMaintain compliance tracker for ongoing regulatory obligationsAudit & ReportingCoordinate annual audit, tax audit, and compliance auditLiaise with custodians and fund administratorsEnsure proper maintenance of statutory records and registers Investor & Operational ComplianceOversee drawdown documentation and capital call complianceEnsure adherence to PPM disclosuresReview investor onboarding documentation (KYC/AML)Monitor compliance of valuation policiesInvestor & Operational ComplianceDevelop and strengthen internal compliance frameworksMaintain compliance manuals and SOPsConduct periodic internal reviews and compliance testingEligibility CriteriaQualified Company Secretary (CS) / LLB / CA preferred3–7 years of experience in:AIF complianceSEBI-regulated entitiesMerchant banking compliance (preferred)Strong understanding of:SEBI AIF RegulationsPMLA & AML normsFEMA compliance (where applicable)Experience interacting with Trustees and SEBIWhat We OfferExposure to SME IPO anchoring and pre-IPO investing ecosystemDirect interaction with senior leadershipGrowth opportunity within an expanding AIF platformPerformance-linked incentivesHow to ApplyPlease share your CV at: Subject Line: Application – AIF Compliance Officer
