Role Summary:Responsible for selling rooftop solar systems under PMSGMBY/Subsidy segment, Hybrid systems, Lithium batteries ,offgrid solar battery & Systems to residential and small commercial customers by appointing System integrators, EPCs,distributors, Direct dealers. Generating and closing the leads through SIs. Explaining product benefits, preparing proposals, and ensuring timely order conversion and payment collection.Key Responsibilities:Achieve monthly , quarterly & Annual sales targetsIdentify and meet new customers in assigned areaExplain product features, savings & ROI to customersPrepare and share quotations/proposals through SIFollow up with PM suryaghar portal /SFDC & Utech leads till closureCollect payments as per agreed termsCoordinate with project team for installationRequirements:Graduate/Btech in any disciplineAtleast 5 years sales experience (solar / lithium/battery /inverters products preferred) Good communication & convincing skillsLocal language fluency + basic English & MS soffice /Excel knowledge
