With deep expertise in advisory and managed security services, our esteemed client supports complex, large-scale environments across highly regulated industries.Job Title - Senior SailPoint IDN/ISC EngineerLocation - India (Bengaluru preferred) – Hybrid or Onsite (Night shift aligned to CST hours required)Role Type - Contract to Hire (3–6 month contract with strong potential for conversion)Must Have Skills:8+ years of hands-on experience in IGA/IAM operations and support, specifically with SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN) and Identity Security Cloud (ISC)Strong operational expertise in identity lifecycle management, access governance, compliance, and access review campaigns (including SoD and remediation workflows)Proven experience in troubleshooting connectors, APIs, and synchronization issues in hybrid environmentsWorking knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, SSO, and authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect)Scripting proficiency (PowerShell or Python) for automation, reporting, and operational efficiencyResponsibilities and Job Details:Provide day-to-day operational support within a SailPoint IDN/ISC environmentManage identity lifecycle processes, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and access modificationsLead and support access certification campaigns, SoD reviews, and remediation workflowsTroubleshoot and resolve application onboarding and connector integration issuesDiagnose and remediate API and synchronization failures across hybrid identity environmentsDevelop and maintain operational documentation, including runbooks and SOPsAutomate recurring operational tasks using PowerShell or Python scriptingCollaborate with infrastructure and security teams to ensure compliance and governance standardsSupport AD, Azure AD, SSO, and authentication integrationsDeliver strong customer-focused support within a shift-based model aligned to US business hoursContribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational excellence and responsiveness
