The role focuses on production support, AWS cloud & data operations, database administration and close collaboration with the Data Engineering team to ensure reliable, scalable, and secure data systems.Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Support• Provide L2/L3 production support for data pipelines and platforms• Monitor system health, data loads, and job failures• Perform root cause analysis and resolve incidents within SLA• Participate in on-call rotation and incident managementDevOps & Automation• Work with CI/CD pipelines for data and platform deployments• Automate operational tasks using scripts (Python/Shell)• Support cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP preferred)• Collaborate with DevOps and platform teams on reliability improvementsCollaboration• Work closely with Data Engineers, Analytics, and DevOps teams• Assist with deployments, migrations, and platform upgrades• Document operational processes and runbooksRequired Skills & Qualifications• 4+ years of experience in DevOps, Data Operations, or Production Support• Strong hands-on experience with Terraform• Solid understanding of data pipelines and distributed systems• Experience with Linux, scripting (Python/Shell)• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) with Glue• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
