This is not a traditional requisition-based recruiting role - it is a skill-group focused sourcing position designed to build long-term IT talent pipelines.The ideal candidate is energetic, relationship-driven, and comfortable engaging candidates through outbound outreach. Personality, drive, and sourcing mindset are prioritized over deep technical expertise.Key ResponsibilitiesSource IT candidates across Application Development and Functional roles.Conduct screening conversations and assess candidate fit and interest.Move qualified talent into “Active Candidate” status.Build and maintain long-term pipelines by specific IT skill groups (e.g., Salesforce, .NET, Project Managers).Engage candidates through outbound calls and consistent follow-ups.Provide recruiters with pre-qualified, submission-ready talent.Support rapid VMS submissions.Track sourcing activity including calls, emails, and database updates.Qualifications3 – 6 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment (agency or corporate environment).Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).Exposure to IT hiring (Application Development or Functional roles preferred).Familiarity with ATS or VMS platforms is an advantage.High curiosity, strong engagement skills, and a proactive mindset.Perks & BenefitsOffice cab for home pickup and drop.Employee insurance coverage worth ₹5 lakh per annum.Provident Fund.Night Shift Allowance.Team outings and quarterly cultural events.Rewards & Recognition programs.
