In this role, you will lead and support Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, work closely with customers to understand business requirements, configure solutions, and ensure smooth deployment and adoption.This position requires strong specialization in: ✅ Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM – Saudi Payroll ✅ Core HR ✅ Absence Management ✅ Fast FormulaYou will collaborate with internal delivery teams and client stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes and provide high-quality functional support.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations (focus on Saudi Payroll + Core HR + Absence)Conduct requirement workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution designConfigure Fusion HCM modules and ensure end-to-end process alignmentDevelop and maintain Fast Formulas (payroll, absence, HR rules)Support data validation, UAT, and go-live readinessProvide functional guidance, issue resolution, and post-deployment supportCoordinate with technical teams for integrations, reporting, and enhancementsQualificationsProven experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM implementationsStrong hands-on functional knowledge of:Saudi Payroll (mandatory)Core HR / HRMSAbsence ManagementFast FormulaConsulting background with client handling and delivery ownershipStrong problem-solving, requirement analysis, and documentation skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsBachelor’s degree in IT / Business / HR or related fieldOracle Fusion HCM certifications are a plusMust be able to work on-site in Jaipur/Pune
