TL;DR: We're looking for a highly organised, detail-obsessed Project Manager Coordinator to keep the engine running across multiple client accounts at a fast-growing digital marketing agency. You'll be the operational backbone of the project management team – owning ClickUp boards, managing timelines, coordinating cross-functional deliverables, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, communicates clearly, and takes pride in making chaos feel calm.Key details:Role type: Full-time role (40 hours per week), Fully-remoteTimings: 4:30 PM – 1:30 AM (IST)Salary range: ₹12L - ₹14L per annum What you'll do:ClickUp ownership: You'll be responsible for the day-to-day hygiene of all project boards in ClickUp –  keeping tasks updated, timelines accurate, and proactively flagging anything that's at risk of falling behind. Cross-functional coordination: You'll sit within the PM team but work across all service lines – paid social, email marketing, and beyond. You'll be the connective tissue between teams, making sure everyone knows what's happening, what's due, and what's blocked.Deliverable oversight: From internal reviews to client approval cycles, you'll track every stage of the deliverable process –    chasing revisions, confirming approvals, and making sure things land on time and to standard.Quality assurance: You'll add an additional QA layer to deliverables before they go out, ensuring they meet internal quality standards and client expectations.Weekly status updates: Each week, you'll draft Slack status updates for each project, summarising priorities, progress, and any blockers –  keeping both the internal team and clients in the loop without them having to ask.Client & partner communication: You'll assist with outward-facing updates to clients and external partners, primarily via Slack and email.Operational support: As bandwidth allows, you'll pitch in on broader operational tasks to support the team – whether that's documentation, process improvements, or ad hoc project needs.Who we're looking for:Someone with 1 - 3 years of experience who has the following skills and traits:ClickUp-savvy (or quick to learn): You're comfortable working in project management tools and can navigate, build out, and maintain complex project boards. ClickUp experience is a strong plus – if you've used Asana, Monday, or similar tools, you'll pick it up fast.Obsessively organised: You don't let things slip. You have a system for everything, you check your own work, and you take ownership of keeping projects on track without being asked twice.Strong communicator: Your written English is clear and professional. You can draft a concise Slack update, write a polished client email, and flag an issue for a senior team member.Multi-tasker under pressure: You're managing multiple projects across multiple clients at once. You know how to prioritise, stay calm when things shift, and keep everything moving without dropping the ball.Agency mindset: You understand that in an agency, every client feels their account is the most important. You're adaptable, responsive, and know how to manage expectations across the board.Tech-comfortable: You're at home in Google Workspace, Slack, and Microsoft Office. You pick up new tools quickly and don't need hand-holding to figure out a new platform.Collaborative team player: You'll be working closely with paid social specialists, email marketers, designers, and senior PMs. You need to be easy to work with, responsive, and someone the team genuinely enjoys collaborating with.Bonus points if you have:Prior experience at a digital marketing or growth agencyExposure to paid social or email marketing workflows (even at a basic level)Experience with client-facing communication or account coordinationFamiliarity with Slack as a primary communication toolApplication processDiscovery call to understand your background and motivationsTechnical interview – a practical exercise to evaluate your PM and organisational skillsFinal interview with the founding team
