Corporate ERP Specialist, Bangalore, India NewCold – Advanced Cold Logistics is expanding! As we continue our rapid global growth, we’re looking for a talented Corporate ERP Specialist to join our dynamic ERP team and help strengthen our NetSuite capabilities across the organization.About the RoleAs a Corporate ERP Specialist, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing our Oracle NetSuite environment. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams, support global users, enhance processes, and contribute to new implementations across our fast‑growing operations.Main TASKS and DUTIES:The corporate ERP Specialist will be part of the NewCold NetSuite Team, contributing to the rapid growth our dynamic internal organization is facing.Support in managing the Oracle NetSuite platform and act as subject matter expert for all relevant NetSuite featuresWork cross-functionally with various departments & end users to ensure best practices for the systemIdentify and support in optimizations of Business ProcessesTake part in implementations of required additional localizations(Support in) migrating acquired companies from local ERP to NetSuiteManage day to day NetSuite queries including induction/training, maintenance and troubleshootingPerform and create NetSuite customizations, workflows, and reportsSupport in central master data managementEnsure NetSuite data integrity(Support in) Managing setting up of integrations with external applicationsManage configuration changes to existing reports, fields, workflows, roles, permissions, forms, records, and searchesReview and maintain user roles and dashboardsMaking (end User) Manuals and taking part in new user trainingCollaborate intensively with internal and external NetSuite subject matter expertsQualifications:Education:Bachelor’s degree in information management or equivalentAdvanced training in IT / ERP application management (preferred)Experience:3+ years working with NetSuite ERPExperience in UAT, technical training, or technical supportPrior experience using NetSuite (must) in a similar roleSkills:Strong knowledge of NetSuite financial modules & SRP featuresDeep understanding of WorkflowsCritical thinking and analytical skillsFluent in EnglishBehavioral CompetenciesWe’re looking for someone who demonstrates:Innovative & entrepreneurial thinkingAccountability & integrityDrive for resultsResilienceStrong teamwork & communicationService orientationLocation: Bangalore, IndiaMust be open to occasional international travel (1–2 weeks)Why Join NewCold:You’ll be part of a high‑growth global organization, shaping the future of technology within our logistics ecosystem.
