The BMS Lead will oversee and manage building systems to ensure optimal functionality, efficiency, and safety. Responsibilities include monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of BMS operations, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards, coordinating with vendors and contractors for system upgrades or repairs, and leading a team for the smooth execution of maintenance tasks.QualificationsProficiency in building automation systems, HVAC systems, electrical systems, and control systemsExperience in building operations, system monitoring, and troubleshooting to maintain operational efficiencyLeadership and team management skills with the ability to train and oversee technical staffKnowledge of energy management practices and compliance with safety and regulatory policiesStrong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsDiploma / bachelor's degree in engineering, Facility Management, or a related field preferred. Bachelor's is preferredPrior experience in building management systems or facility management is advantageous
