Job Description• Lead architectural design and planning for high-rise residential projects, ensuring functionality, safety, and design excellence.• Oversee and contribute to projects including:o Club Houses within residential developmentso Residential buildings (low-rise and mid-rise)o Commercial propertieso Interior design projectso Facade design and detailing• Ensure compliance with Mumbai Development Control Regulations (DCR) and manage redevelopment projects under various schemes.• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (structural engineers, MEP consultants, contractors) to ensure seamless project execution.• Provide design leadership, mentoring junior architects, and maintaining quality standards across deliverables.• Integrate sustainability, innovation, and modern design practices into project solutions.• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities to secure approvals and align project objectives.• International Work Experience would be an added advantageSkills • Experience : 8 - 10 years of professional experience with Architect Firms only, with at least one completed high-rise residential project.• Share detailed Project Work Profile along with the Resume If interested, share your updated resume on
