Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Finance modules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on implementation experience, deep functional knowledge, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable D365 solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support end-to-end implementations of D365 F&O Finance modulesConduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and user trainingWork closely with business stakeholders to optimize financial processesSupport integrations between D365 F&O and third-party applicationsProvide functional expertise during go-live and post-implementation supportCollaborate with technical teams for customization and enhancementsRespond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and project needsCore Functional Expertise (Mandatory)Strong hands-on experience in:General Ledger (GL)Accounts Payable (AP)Accounts Receivable (AR)Project AccountingCost AccountingCash & Bank ManagementFixed AssetsRequired ExperienceMinimum 7+ years of functional experience in Finance modulesAt least 4+ years of implementation experience in D365 F&OMinimum 3 full-cycle D365 F&O implementations (preferred)Experience integrating third-party applications with D365 F&OStrong understanding of business processes and ability to map them to system functionalityGood to HaveExposure to Trade & Logistics (T&L) or Production modulesStrong client-facing and stakeholder management skillsExperience working in global / multi-country implementations
