Responsibilities include managing service schedules, monitoring performance metrics, and collaborating with other departments for efficient operations and high service standards.QualificationsExperience in team management, leadership, and delegationTechnical understanding of electric vehicle components and mechanismsCustomer service, problem-solving, and communication skillsKnowledge of service operations, including scheduling and resource allocationStrong organizational skills and attention to detailBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a relevant field is preferredPrior experience in the automotive or electric vehicle sector is an advantage
