The role involves designing exceptional user experiences and creating intuitive and visually appealing interfaces. Responsibilities include developing and implementing user experience strategies, creating prototypes, ensuring seamless front-end development, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including software development and visual design, to align project goals. The role demands attention to detail, a user-first mindset, and a passion for innovation.Qualifications:Must Have:Expertise in User Experience (UX) and User Experience Design (UED) to create engaging and user-friendly interfaces.Strong skills in Front-End Development and Visual Design to build responsive and aesthetically pleasing web applications.Experience in Software Development and its integration with UI/UX principles.Proficiency in tools and technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.Must know replit/claude and all tools to be able to ship products quickly leveraging Gen AI capabilities.Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a focus on user-centered design principles.Outstanding collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.Experience in developing AI-powered software interfaces is a MUST.
