Role Summary (APIs Procurement & Analytics Lead)Drive end-to-end procurement for APIs through category strategies, spend analytics, and supplier performance management, ensuring cost, quality, compliance, and timely availability. Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and predictive models to support decisions, enable regulatory/audit readiness, and partner with PPIC, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, and Operations. Lead annual rate contracts (ARC) and cost optimization while ensuring material full kitting and on-time delivery for critical APIs.Key Responsibilities• Develop Category Strategies for APIs procurement and run Spend Analytics & opportunity identification.• Apply Sophisticated data analytics to assess procurement expenditures• Develop and maintain Dashboards,KPI for Procurement,Reports to support decision making.• Ensure material full kitting in Co-ordination with PPIC for timely delivery & priorities for Critical API’s.• Support regulatory filings by facilitating documentation support from vendors• Facilitating Audit & necessary documents to Vendor Qualification team• Recognize annual rate contracting prospects and uncover potential cost reductions.• Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and predictive models to evaluate procurement performance, supplier metrics, and market developments.• Stakeholder Collaboration-Work in partnership with teams across finance, operations, to ensure sourcing strategies support business objectives.• Contract Management Support- Contribute to contract negotiations and finalization processes, ensuring optimal terms and strict adherence to company policies.• MIS, LAM & other reporting decks preparation by collaborating within the procurement team.Internal Co-ordination: Store RND team (Analytical / Formulation) PPIC CQA Plant QC & Plant QA Accounts Marketing QC/QA/Vendor Qualification teamExternal Co-ordination: Vendors CHA Agents Transporters CPHI coordination for training
