This is a highly consultative role involving close interaction with:CISO & Security LeadershipRisk & Compliance teamsAudit & Governance functionsIT Architecture & Infrastructure teamsThe role focuses on shaping security-led solutions, driving new pipeline, and positioning Softcell as a trusted long-term partner in regulatory, cyber resilience, and transformation initiatives.While cybersecurity is the primary focus, the consultant should also have working knowledge of infrastructure, cloud, and modern enterprise architectures.Key Responsibilities1. Regulatory & Compliance EngagementLead security discovery aligned to RBI Cyber Security Framework (CSF)Engage on CERT-In directions & compliance requirementsSupport initiatives driven by: IDRBT (Banking technology & security research), IFTAS (Cyber resilience & threat intelligence for BFSI), Sahamati / Account Aggregator ecosystem (Data protection, consent, security controls)Align solutions with audit, governance, and regulatory expectations2. Solution Design & PositioningDesign and position solutions across: Network & Cloud Security, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Data Protection & DLP, SOC / SIEM / SOAR, Vulnerability Management & Red TeamingTranslate regulatory requirements into technical architectures3. Consultative Sales SupportLead PoCs, PoVs, workshops, and solution demosSupport sales teams with: Technical presentations, Architecture documents, Solution proposals, Engage with OEM technical teams and Softcell specialists4. Emerging Security Domains: Identify use cases in:AI / ML SecurityQuantum-resistant cryptographyZero Trust & SASEAPI SecurityCloud-native security5.
