We are seeking an experienced Data Privacy Specialist with strong expertise in BigID to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in data discovery, classification, and privacy management, ensuring compliance with global data protection regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and DPDP.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement and manage BigID for enterprise-wide data discovery and classification.Configure and maintain BigID connectors for various source systems.Define and execute classification rules for sensitive and personal data using BigIDs built-in and custom policies.Perform data scanning, labeling, and tagging to support compliance and governance initiatives.Collaborate with system owners to gather connectivity details and onboard data sources.Support Data Subject Access Requests (DSAR) and privacy assessments.Provide recommendations for risk-based remediation and ensure adherence to privacy regulations.Maintain documentation and share best practices for data privacy management.Required Skills & QualificationsMust-Have Skills:Strong expertise in BigID for data discovery and classification.Hands-on experience with data privacy management tools.In-depth knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, DPDP, and other privacy laws.Nice-to-Have Skills:Familiarity with Informatica DPM, OneTrust, Protegrity.Knowledge of Informatica EDC/Axon, Informatica DQ, and SQL.Functional Skills:Experience handling DSAR.Understanding of metadata management and data governance frameworks.
