Job description Process debit memos accurately and in a timely manner as per company policies Review and validate supporting documents related to returns and debit memos Handle return-related emails from customers, wholesalers, and internal teams. Respond to queries professionally and within defined SLAs Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Sales, Operations) to resolve discrepancies Maintain and update return and debit memo records in internal systems Track pending cases and follow up to closure. Ensure compliance with SOPs and audit requirements Prepare and share periodic status reports on returns and debit memos Prepare upload templates for bills related to expired products. Escalate issues or delays to the supervisor when required. Perform other duties as assigned by Manager.Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. Strong understanding of the generic pharmaceutical industry, including product flow, reimbursement mechanisms,and accounts receivable processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at variouslevels of management, both internal and external. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including strong working knowledge of complex formulas, data analysis, andmacros. Ability to manage a high volume of work with urgency while maintaining absolute accuracy and meeting tightturnaround timelines. Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and a high degree of follow-up and follow-through to ensure tasks are properly prioritized and completed. Demonstrated high ethical standards and professional integrity. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while delivering consistent, high-quality results.
