The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modern data stack technologies, building scalable data pipelines, and supporting analytics-driven product platforms. Experience in product-based organizations and the insurance domain is preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and optimize scalable data pipelines and ELT workflows.Build and maintain data models using DBT.Develop and manage cloud-based data warehousing solutions using Snowflake.Write efficient and optimized queries using SQL.Develop automation and data processing scripts using Python.Manage source control and collaboration using Git.Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across systems.Collaborate with cross-functional product, analytics, and engineering teams in an Agile setup.Support performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting of data systems.Mandatory SkillsStrong hands-on experience with SnowflakeSolid expertise in DBT (Data Build Tool)Advanced proficiency in SQLStrong programming skills in PythonExperience with GitExperience designing and maintaining data pipelines in modern cloud environmentsPreferred QualificationsExperience in Insurance domainBackground in Product-based organizationsExposure to modern data architecture and analytics platformsUnderstanding of data governance, data quality frameworks, and performance optimizationKey CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsOwnership mindset with attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced Agile environmentStrong collaboration and communication skills
