Now we need a data-obsessed Performance Marketer to build and scale paid acquisition channels that drive measurable, repeatable growth.Role OverviewWe're looking for a Performance Marketer who will own day-to-day execution and optimization of our paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and emerging channels. You'll work closely with the Marketing Lead to drive traffic, leads, and revenue while maintaining target CAC and ROAS goals.This role is ideal for someone who:Loves digging into data and finding optimization opportunitiesWants to grow from executing campaigns to owning channel strategyThrives in a fast-paced startup environment with monthly revenue visibilityKey Responsibilities:Campaign Management (60% of time)Execute and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, PMax, Display) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)Monitor daily performance: CAC, ROAS, CPL, CTR, conversion rates, impression shareManage budgets and pacing: Ensure spend is on track, pause underperforming campaigns, scale winnersA/B test ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages to improve conversion ratesBid management: Adjust bids based on performance data to hit target CAC Analytics & Reporting (25% of time)Build and maintain performance dashboards (Metabase, Google Sheets, or similar)Weekly reporting: Traffic, leads, customers, CAC, ROAS by channelAttribution validation: Cross-check platform-reported conversions vs CRM actual customersIdentify trends and anomalies: Flag issues early (e.g., Quality Score drops, CAC spikes)Experimentation & Growth (15% of time)Run structured experiments: New ad angles, audiences, placements, keywordsTest new channels: LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads, Twitter Ads (small budgets, fast iteration)Collaborate with design team: Brief new ad creatives based on performance insightsLanding page optimization: Work with product/design to improve CVR on key pagesMust-Have Qualifications2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital advertising Platform expertise: Google Ads (Search, PMax) and Meta Ads Manager (campaigns, ad sets, creatives)Analytics tools: Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Excel/Sheets for data analysisStrong analytical skills: Comfortable with CAC, ROAS, CPL, LTV calculationsOwnership mindset: You see a CAC spike at 9 AM, you investigate and fix it by 10 AM (don't wait for weekly meetings)Startup experience preferred: Comfortable with ambiguity, fast iteration, wearing multiple hatsNice-to-Have SkillsMarketing agency backgroundExperience with CRM tools (Close, HubSpot, Salesforce) and attribution trackingFamiliarity with PostHog for event-based analyticsBasic SQL skills for custom reportingExperience in B2C services What's in It for YouCompensation: ₹5 - 7 LPALocation: On-site role in HyderabadGlobal Impact: Lead our expansion into international markets and see your strategies scale globallyGrowth: Be part of an ambitious startup where your insights drive real revenue and you learn how growth happens at scale
