Senior executive / Assistant Manager - Sales is responsible for acquiring new clientsand ensuring renewal business from the existing clients of the region. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for generating, developing, and closing high-value new business opportunities.Develop & streamline client base based on business targets of the organization.Implementing sales plan.Explore the business opportunities with client from enquiry stage to order execution.Network building with Government Institution/ Architect/ Design Consultant/ PMC/ EPC Contractors.Promote Value added Products through Architect/ Design Consultant/ PMC channel.Represent the organization at various Seminars, Exhibition & Events to meet and generate business with high-net-worth Individuals.Responsibility to develop / streamline the overall client management.Work with clients at the level of tendering / NIT quotation.Generating business from existing client. Approaching them for new projects and places by providing cost effective measures.Work closely with the Operations Team to ensure timely delivery of client needs and effective after sales service.Collect feedback on all aspects of the business including product quality, pricing, packing, new product ideas, supply situations, competition activities, schemes, etc.Drive collection of receivables in case of exceptions. Ageing of debtors.Required Qualifications: - MBA (Sales & Marketing) or Equivalent- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Sales & Marketing role in the Precast industry or construction materials industry (Cement, AAC Blocks, RMC, Concrete Batching Plant Manufacturers, Precast Technology Providers) - Demonstrated leadership and management skills in a competitive market- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making Skills- Dedicated and highly ambitious to achieve personal goals as well as the organizational goals.
