Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager who can independently handle complete purchase activities, including vendor sourcing, price negotiation, order finalization, and timely material procurement. The candidate should ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality and delivery timelines.Key Responsibilities· Handle end-to-end purchase activities for all materials, consumables, services.· Identify, evaluate, and develop new and existing vendors.· Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contracts with suppliers.· Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure order confirmation.· Track material deliveries and ensure timely availability as per project/production requirement.· Coordinate with Planning, Production, Site, and Accounts teams.· Control material costs and ensure best value purchasing.· Monitor market trends, especially Civil material, steel, Structural Steel and raw material prices.· Resolve supplier-related issues such as delays, shortages, or quality concerns.· Maintain proper documentation: POs, quotations, comparative statements, and vendor records.· Ensure compliance with company purchase policies and audit requirements.
