Business & P&L OwnershipOwn end-to-end marketplace & quick-commerce revenue and profitabilityDrive topline growth with strong margin disciplineLead pricing, discounting, and promotion strategyImprove contribution margins and ad efficiency2. Marketplace Strategy (All Platforms)Define and execute platform-wise growth strategyDrive visibility, ranking, share of search, and conversionLead performance marketing across marketplace ad ecosystemsPlan and execute platform events and seasonal campaignsMonitor competition, pricing, and category dynamicsOptimize content, assortment, and portfolio mix by platform3. Quick Commerce GrowthBuild strong relationships with key account managersDrive listing expansion, fill rates, and dark-store availabilityImprove velocity and replenishment cyclesEnsure strong presence during platform campaigns4. Product & Category DevelopmentIdentify assortment gaps and high-potential SKUsUse platform data to influence new product developmentDefine hero SKUs and range architecture for online channelsPartner with sourcing, marketing, and supply chain for launches5.
