This role requires a strong foundation inuser-centered design principles, deep experience in UX research and analysis, and apassion for solving complex design challenges.A critical aspect of this position is leading the creation, evolution, and management ofour design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and efficiency across our productexperiences. The ideal candidate excels at building cohesive design foundations whilealso delivering thoughtful, research-driven product experiences.Responsibilities: Drive the end-to-end design system strategy, including the creation andmaintenance of scalable UI components, guidelines, and documentation. Ensure the design system supports consistent interactions, accessibilitystandards, and seamless collaboration between design and engineering teams. Drive organization-wide adoption by collaborating with designers, engineers, andproduct managers, providing guidance, support, and onboarding where needed. Continuously assess and enhance the design system to support emergingproduct needs, new technologies, and evolving industry trends. Conduct UX research—user interviews, usability testing, surveys, competitiveanalysis—to uncover insights into user behavior, needs, and pain points. Analyze research findings and translate them into clear, actionable designdecisions and product improvements. Create intuitive and engaging design deliverables, including user flows,wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
