The Opportunity. Thakral One is looking for an Associate Prod Support to manage and support production environments across data and cloud platforms. The role focuses on L1/L2 support, incident resolution, monitoring, and SLA-driven operations. You’ll work closely with T1/T2 teams to troubleshoot, automate, and stabilise production systems.The Role.Roles and ResponsibilitiesProvide technical and administrative support for day-to-day operations, including troubleshooting issues reported by end users, T1 Team, T2 Team.Resolve technical problems promptly to meet SLA requirements.Deliver 24×7 operational support for all production activities, including holidays and weekendsCoordinate with various teams, raise support tickets, analyse root causes, and assist in efficient resolution of all production-related issuesMaintain detailed logs of all issues and ensure resolutions align with quality assurance standards for production processesServe as the primary point of contact for the data warehouse production ecosystemEnhance quality through value-added initiatives, automation, and optimisationCapable of leading the outage calls and engaging all relevant teamsThe Expertise.2-5 years of experience in Production Operations, particularly in managing production environmentsProficient in using ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, AOTS, BMC Remedy etc.Effective soft skills & communication skills, including verbal, non-verbal, writtenProvide technical support to all stakeholders, T1 & T2 Teams.Should have a thorough understanding of general Tier 1 (T1) & Tier 2 (T2) responsibilities & hands-on exp over Development as well.Assist end users, T2 team, and development team with advance troubleshooting for reported issues.Experience with monitoring tools and platforms like Kibana and ADXHands-on experience with scripting languages such as Bash and ShellStrong understanding of Linux, IBM TWS, SQL, Azure Cloud, Snowflake, and DatabricksCapable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentShould possess experience in managing production deployments.Should be capable of resolving code and SQL-related issues, and implementing enhancements as needed.Key Competencies and SkillsAzure Fundamentals, IBM TWS, Snowflake Basics, Databricks, SQL, Linux, Unix, and Shell Scripting, development Skills.Education and QualificationsMust have bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in science / computer applications or equivalent.Other Relevant InformationLocation: Bangalore / HyderabadNotice Period: Immediate / 10 daysAbout us.Thakral One is a consulting and technology services company headquartered in Singapore, with a pan-Asian presence.
