Job Description

Qualification: BE Mechanical / Electrical/ Electronic/ Mechatronics  With ability to designs, develops, and tests integrated systems combining hydraulic power with electrical and electronic controls for Marine industries. must utilize expertise in PLC programming, sensors, and fluid power, ensuring efficient, safe, and automated operation. REQUIREMENTS:  Candidates will have a strong background in Hydraulics,  Understand P & ID for Hydraulic circuits, function of hydraulic valves and components, troubleshooting, assembly and repairs. Prepare drawings and bill of materials for hydraulics and electricals for control and power circuit design, wiring and assembly.  Integration with Electrical / Electronic and PLC automation systems, knowledge of PLC software and hardware.  Experience with HMI Screen Programming (Design & Development)  Should have handled projects, deploying the latest technology including Input/Output devices, Pneumatics, Hydraulic, Mechanical, VFDs, Servo drives, different sensors (Digital/Analog)  Key Responsibilities & Skills System Design: Create customized hydraulic power units and circuits using CAD software. Electrical / Electronic Control: Develop and program electrical and PLC-based systems and Human Machine Interfaces (HMI) for controlling hydraulic actuators, valves, and servo drives. Component Selection: Choose appropriate pumps, valves, cylinders, and sensors. Testing & Commissioning: Execute Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT). Troubleshooting: Perform root cause analysis and provide technical support to maintenance teams. Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD (AutoCAD 2D/3D, Solid Edge), PLC (Siemens, Allen Bradley), and communication protocols (CAN Bus, Profibus).  Project Management -Manage all stages of projects  Demonstrate FAT, SAT to customers and project co-ordination with customers  Installation, commissioning and service  Work with vendor to source and evaluate equipment  Should have the will to learn and adopt new generation systems and keep updated with technology  Should be able to do “Problem solving”, Root Cause Analysis, provide technical support to product / Service, train user and staff  Ability to work independently and as a part of a team,  Strong communication and interpersonal skills Job Responsibilities: 1. Supervising Assembly, Installation and Commissioning of Hydraulic Power Pack and Valve Stands. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve hydraulic issues at factory and site 3. Ability to identify a valve, it’s mounting and suggest suitable alternatives from various manufacturers 4. Identification of issues in Hydraulic Circuits and components upon inspection of Drawing and Physical systems 5. Check expected output and results after execution of a hydraulic system
