DV360 Platform Support SpecialistLocation: Hyderabad & Gurgaon Experience: 4–7 Years Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days preferredRole OverviewWe are looking for a DV360 Platform Support Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Google Marketing Platform (GMP) tools. In this role, you will support clients and internal teams by resolving campaign, platform, and billing-related issues while ensuring smooth execution across DV360 and other Google 360 platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide platform support for DV360 and other Google 360 tools.Troubleshoot campaign performance and technical platform issues.Support clients and internal teams via email, chat, and calls.Handle platform and billing-related queries.Guide users on best practices and platform features.Resolve technical issues and escalate complex cases when required.Collaborate with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams.Support account migrations, bulk uploads, and platform updates.Required SkillsHands-on experience with DV360 (mandatory).Knowledge of CM360, SA360, or Google Ads.Experience in programmatic advertising or ad operations.Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.Excellent communication and client-handling ability.Good to HaveExperience with billing or invoicing support.Knowledge of SQL, HTML, or JavaScript.Understanding of Real-Time Bidding (RTB).Google platform certifications (DV360, CM360, etc.).Eligibility CriteriaGraduate in any discipline.4+ years of total experience.Minimum 2 year hands-on DV360 or similar platform experience.Key SkillsDV360, CM360, SA360, Google Ads, Programmatic, Ad Operations, GMP, Campaign Manager, Platform Support, RTBIf Interested share cv at
