We are currently building an innovative learning-based game project designed to transform education through engaging, gamified experiences.Our mission is to blend creativity, technology, and learning to make knowledge fun, accessible, and interactive.About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Game Developer to join our growing development team.You will be responsible for implementing gameplay features, integrating assets, optimizing performance, and collaborating closely with artists and content teams to create high-quality learning experiences.Key Responsibilities• Develop, implement, and maintain gameplay features using Unity and C#.• Build, optimize, and deploy WebGL and mobile games.• Implement UI interactions, animations, gameplay logic, and tool integrations.• Integrate and optimize visual effects (VFX) to improve user experience.• Collaborate with designers and artists for seamless asset integration.• Debug, profile, and resolve performance issues across platforms.• Participate in code reviews and maintain clean development practices.• Integrate third-party SDKs, analytics, advertisements, and platform services.Required Skills & Qualifications• 2–4 years of professional experience with Unity Game Engine and C#.• Strong understanding of OOP, prefabs, events, coroutines, scene management.• Experience deploying and optimizing WebGL builds.• Familiarity with UI systems, game loops, animations, and asset workflows.• Proficient in debugging, profiling, and performance optimization for mobile/WebGL.Good to Have• Understanding of REST APIs and UnityWebRequest.• Knowledge of VFX Graph, Particle Systems, shader-based effects.• Experience optimizing for low-end devices and mobile platforms.• Familiarity with version control tools like Git.Who You Are• Passionate about game development and interactive learning.• Self-driven, proactive, and capable of independent problem-solving.• Comfortable working in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.• Detail-oriented with a performance-focused mindset.Perks & Benefits• Competitive salary based on experience.• Opportunity to work on impactful educational gaming products.• Supportive, growth-oriented work environment.• Creative freedom to experiment and innovate.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
