Job Description: Deal Desk AnalystLocation: Remote Experience: 3 - 5 years Employment Type: Full Time Job Summary: BrightEdge is seeking an Associate, Deal Desk to support the approval of opportunities and quotes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities:Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships with legal, finance, and sales teams to ensure smooth deal execution. Engage daily with business leaders to support deal closures.Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Assist in forecasting processes, identify gaps in go-to-market rules, and recommend improvements. Create and maintain process maps for Deal Desk activities and optimize workflows through CRM systems.Goal & Task Orientation: Review and approve amendment requests for accuracy and business justification. Provide insights and performance indicators to help management meet functional goals. Support month-end reporting activities.Communication & Influence: Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients in virtual settings. Guide business unit leaders on optimal deal structures.Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in reviewing and preparing sales quotes and pending deals.Preferred Qualifications:B.Tech / MBA or advanced technical degree.Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering resultsExcellent communication and collaboration skills. Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis.Experience in enterprise software, developer platforms, or AI/ML products.Background in technical product marketing or sales engineering.Industry certifications in product management or relevant technical domains.
